Ivan Gritsiniak
Ivan Gritsiniak
Gritlock Capital Partners is founded and managed by Ivan Gritsiniak along with an independent board. Ivan previously was the co-founder of Clearco (“dba Clearbanc”), an MCA lender focused on Ecommerce. While there, he scaled underwriting and capital markets and was servicing a ~$500M book of advances. In his young career, Ivan has managed to raise over $1B debt facilities across numerous structures and jurisdictions.
